<h3 id="how-do-i-sign-up-for-a-subscription">How do I sign up for a subscription?</h3><p>Simply navigate to our <a href="https://www.lawnsynergy.com">homepage</a> and enter your address. &#xA0;We will measure out your lawn, you can then choose our subscription for your lawn type, and then proceed to checkout. &#xA0;We will then ship your first application right away!</p><p><br></p><h3 id="can-i-pause-my-subscription">Can I pause my subscription?</h3><p>Absolutely. &#xA0;Just let us know before your next application ships and we can have it paused. Shoot us a message or call to have your program back on our schedule.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription">How do I cancel my subscription?</h3><p>On our Help Center, just click the large cancel button. &#xA0;Or give us a call or email at <a href="mailto:support@lawnsynergy.com">support@lawnsynergy.com</a> and we can cancel it for you. &#xA0;Cancelations must be made before your next application ships. &#xA0;Once the application has shipped, we will be unable to cancel that application, but we can still cancel your subscription to prevent future deliveries.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="can-i-transfer-my-subscription-to-someone-else">Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?</h3><p>Unfortunately no. &#xA0;You would need to cancel your subscription first, and the next homeowner can sign right back up. &#xA0;If you recently applied an application, have the new homeowner let us know so that we can postpone the current application.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="i-need-to-change-my-delivery-address-how-can-i-do-this">I need to change my delivery address. How can I do this?</h3><p>Simply send us an email at <a href="mailto:support@lawnsynergy.com">support@lawnsynergy.com</a> or give us a call and we can update your delivery address. &#xA0;Any changes to delivery addresses must be done before your order ships.&#xA0; Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the deliver address.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
