Shipping address updates are subject to the timing of the request. If you need to update the shipping address and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately to make the necessary adjustments. However, if the order is already on its way, we may not be able to alter the shipping address. In such cases, if you cannot retrieve the item from the originally provided address, please notify our customer service to explore possible solutions.

Note: Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to retrieve the package and a return must be started.
