How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

If you have accidentally placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire about the cancellation. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it for you. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to prevent the delivery. In some cases, we may attempt to reroute the package back at your request, but this could involve additional costs. If an order cannot be cancelled due to shipping progress, you are welcome to return the item upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.
