How do I change my order?Updated a month ago

Once an order has been placed we can still change your order if it has not been shipped yet.  Once the order ships we are unable to change your order.

To change your order, please contact our Customer Service via Live Chat or our contact page.

We cannot guarantee we can change your order in time before it ships.  Most orders ship out within 1 hour of placing your order.

For orders where cancellation is not possible you will need to follow our return process upon receiving your order.
