How do I sign up for a subscription?
Simply navigate to our homepage and enter your address. We will measure out your lawn, you can then choose our subscription for your lawn type, and then proceed to checkout. We will then ship your first application right away!
Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely. Just let us know before your next application ships and we can have it paused. Shoot us a message or call to have your program back on our schedule.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On our Help Center, just click the large cancel button. Or give us a call or email at [email protected] and we can cancel it for you. Cancelations must be made before your next application ships. Once the application has shipped, we will be unable to cancel that application, but we can still cancel your subscription to prevent future deliveries.
Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
Unfortunately no. You would need to cancel your subscription first, and the next homeowner can sign right back up. If you recently applied an application, have the new homeowner let us know so that we can postpone the current application.
I need to change my delivery address. How can I do this?
Simply send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call and we can update your delivery address. Any changes to delivery addresses must be done before your order ships. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the deliver address.
