Return, refund & exchange policy

We do accept returns if they are in salable condition which means they are not opened and can be reshipped to another customer.  If item(s) are salable, a RMA must be requested to proceed.  

All returns will require shipping to be paid by customer and will be deducted from store credit.  We do not offer any refunds.  All sales are final.  

We do not offer exchanges.


Can I return/exchange and item if I change my mind?

Yes, however you will be responsible for any shipping charges and any remaining credit will be offered in store credit to be used for a different product.


Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds unless your order is canceled before it is shipped.  Instead of refunds, we offer store credit to be used at a later date.


I received the wrong items. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that.  Do not apply the products.  Please give us a call or email at [email protected] immediately so that we can make it right and have the correct products delivered to your home.
