Before Your Order Ships
If your order has not yet been shipped, there's a good chance we can update the shipping address for you. Here's what you need to do:
- Contact Us Immediately: As soon as you realize the need for an address change, please reach out to our customer service team. The quicker we are notified, the better the chance we have to make the necessary changes before your order leaves our facility.
- Provide Accurate Details: Ensure you have your order number and the correct new shipping address ready when you contact us. This will help us process your request swiftly.
- Peak Season: During Peak times of the year, we may not be able to answer your call or catch it in time. We ship orders quickly so it is very important to make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We will do our best to update the shipping address asap. If your order has already shipped, please proceed to the step below.
After Your Order Ships
If your order has already been shipped, don't worry! You still have options:
- Track Your Order: Click on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will take you to the courier's website where you can monitor your order's progress.
- Change Delivery Address: On the courier's tracking page, there should be an option to change the delivery address. Follow the instructions provided by the courier to update your address. (see below)
